Cranrazz Smoothie

Hi friends!

Okay, so I have a confession to make. I used to think that smoothies were hard and messy to make, so I’d NEVER make them at home – please don’t judge me to fiercely! I’d buy them occasionally when I was out and about, or as a student in between classes. It made them feel like a fancy special treat (we’re setting the bar real low here for “fancy special treat”).  Anyways, the tale goes that eventually I started experimenting with ingredients at home and very quickly realized that smoothie making was neither hard nor messy – silly me! I began playing with flavours and fruits that I love, so basically tart and bright flavours, and that is exactly what this smoothie is like!

You can very easily modify this to your liking, by bringing down the acidity with half a banana or adding protein powder if that’s more your jam. Whatever you


1/4 cup vanilla yogurt

1/2 cup cranberry juice

3/4 cup frozen raspberries

1/4 cup frozen stawberries

chia seeds to garnish (optional)


  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth(ie).
  2. Pour into glass or bowl and enjoy!
